Is there a plan to allow users to remove or disable the "Unsorted Bookmarks" and "Bookmarks Toolbar" features in the future?

I have no use for either, and frankly their making my bookmark management tedious by getting in the way.

Note that I'm not referring to items on the browser toolbar, but the bookmarks menu/sidebar/library.
