Anyone browsing with firefox cannot view my website

People using the firefox browser cannot access my website yet explorer has no problem. The site was built using the firefox browser but since the last update of firefox it is no lnger possible to load the site with firefox.

I'm not seeing any problems on that website.

You can advice them these steps:

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
