Browser connect directly to server:443, although autoproxy configuration switched on.

We use Firefox Version > 3.6 and a proxy. The Browser is configured for proxy autodetect - load proxy.pac-file. Now i want to start a WebEx-Session (requirements: Firefox Version > 3.0, Javascript activated) via Port 443. The Browser try to connect directly to the server. If i configure manually proxy connection and activate all protocols have to use the same proxy, all things running fine. Why the Browser connect directly to server:443, although autoproxy configuration switched on.
