I can take pdf screenshots for the first time

Pressing print/pdf button for screenshot then pick the folder destination documents then press save and what it's used for is decrease the size of the screenshot with pinching the screen then retake the screenshot of desired smaller size however for the first time it has an error in documents folder the says "can't open pdf" and then I tried the 3 dot menu in upper right corner to use an app to open it up and I went through all of them and nothing works
