Hello, I bank with Fifth Third a regional bank in Ohio. I travel a lot.illa not have a While on a trip I was unable to connect to my bank. One of the issues they mentioned is Firefox is not secure and thus will not interface with their system. My question is why does Mozilla not have a team which inter-acts with banks to insure that Firefox works properly and is considered safe, secure, and reliable? Thank you, Bill

Mozilla does have such team. (You can reach them via the "Report Broken Site" tool in menu.)

However your bank most likely hinted at the version you use, which is not up–to–date, potentially deemed as a security risk to them.

Bill, I checked, and 5/3 is using services of Akamai/Edgesuite which makes some security assumptions about the device you use, see e.g.: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1581128 for other banks and enterprises.

Would you be able to try after updating to the current version and checking for any addons that might interfere with their security checks? Thanks.
