It's hard. You can disable all your extensions and go to troubleshoot mode to see if the crashes are still there. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-preferences-fix-problems If still, you'd better report it https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/crash-report

Hi everyone, I was also facing a similar issue where Firefox settings or preferences were not behaving correctly or changes were not getting applied properly, and in my case it was usually caused by a corrupted profile or conflicting extensions, so the fix that worked for me was to restart Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode, disable all extensions, and then reset preferences or create a fresh profile which restored everything back to normal and made the settings stable again.
