I recently received a message from PayPal, that my foxfire operation system remains "Windows 10", and this is also the case for Chase's internet banking. and, some time ago, I've used Window's 11, detail steps from the foxfire "windows 11", update site, that appears to be a failed attempt to date.

Is there a clear solution to "Windows 11" update, currently an issue? your help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi Ollie

From what I can see from the information you have provided, you are using Windows 11.

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox or are using any VPN or security software in Windows?
