Works for me. see screenshot What OS? If windows, what security software are you running besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox?

Already tried cleaning my cache - first thing I did.

I tried turning off all the add ons, ad blockers, script blockers, etc. - second thing I tried.

(Honestly, I would not have posted on here if I had not done the basic troubleshooting.)

But just to be thorough about it, I just now went into trouble shoot mode like you suggested and I still have the same issue for that one website.

The issue with that one website only happens on my desktop computer, but my son's tablet loads it fine in Firefox - so I am not surprised that you can load the website just fine. But what I want to know... is does that discrepancy reveal to you what is wrong with my computer's Firefox so I can get it fixed to view that website?

Their website updated about a month ago to some new system and its only been since then that I cannot use that website.

Yes I am on windows... and just in case you were wondering no its not a Linux system running Windows.

No security software beyond what Windows provided.

Firefox states its up to date.

The computer is older, but not from the dark ages when you had to type in dos to start windows or anything.

So can anyone tell a lay person like me how to fix Firefox so I can load one website that is not currently loading? The rest of the internet works just fine.

System info: Which version of Windows and is it home or pro? What make and model desktop, if not DIY? What graphics card and driver version?

Update - False alarm. The main page only loaded properly when I had the scripts blocked. The second I marked the webpage as allowed under scripts blocker (in order to log into my account), then it ceased working. Still cannot log into my account.

Past Post - I refreshed my Firefox like you requested and now it runs slower than before and I spent a long time getting everything set up how I like it again - BUT the website now works on my computer!!!! Thanks!!!

Glad to hear it now works, but what's slow? The browser opening or getting to sites? If you're satisfied you can just mark this as resolved and have a nice day. We'll leave the light on for you.  ;-))
