As I understand it, your domain is hosted by Cloudflare, and a quick search indicates that setting up email for your domain (apart from setting it up in TB) is a bit more complex than standard accounts.

I can't give specific instructions for TB, but I suggest you contact Cloudflare or perhaps find the answer in another place such as the reddit CoudFlare forum.
