addons like notifier for gmail didn't show in toolbar nor overflow menu

i'm using latest nightly, addons didn't show in toolbar nor overflow menu and i can't see notification of addons

Can you see the Extensions icon ≡ near the menu ?

i can, but i can't click the Extensions icon every 5 minutes to see if there is a notification on any extension.

OK. Click the Settings icon on the right side of the extension in Extensions menu and then click Pin to Toolbar.
