whenever i launch firefox incognito mode directly, normal window also opens along with it

Whenever I try opening only Firefox incognito mode by right clicking on the app in taskbar and choosing new private window, normal Firefox window also opens along with it even though I don't want it to open. Please fix this issue and let us only use the private mode at a time and don't allow the normal mode window to open along with it.
