I've just download Firefox from the App Store to run on my ipad , which is a bit old and running iOS 10.3.4 but it's always been OK for what I need . Hitherto , I've used Safari on my ipad but decided it was time to get Firefox on here

I got an error first saying that the iPad wasn't compatible for Firefox Private and asked if I wanted to downlaod the latest compatible version , which I did.

Firefox opens OK I can can browse by typing the URL in the address bar. However, I want to sync Firefox on my ipad to Firefox on my PC , Macbook and my iPhone (which are already sync'd) . When I try and sign in on my iPad, the sign in page won't load.

I've turned my ipad off and on and I've uninstalled and re-installed Firefox from the App store. Still no sign in page loading.

Any suggestions ?
