I cannot remove my quickconverter. I am going to remove firefox if I can't get rid of this

I have gone to 'tools' add ons (and other tabs) and myquickconverter does not even show up.

It is an unwelcome virus as far as I can tell. I don't know what it is or how it got there.

If I can't resolve this, I will go to Chrome. Thanks, I've been a firefox user for a long time!

Hello Oldwood,

That must be very frustrating .....

It would be pointless for me to suggest that you first look for anything unfamiliar or suspicious in Add-ons => Extensions, as you already mentioned that you couldn't find anything there.
