can't find my right bookmarks after refreshing firefox and then resetting my computer. It seems I cannot fix this on Quantum firefox.
2days ago I refreshed Firefox because I was afraid I might have malware. I had an old Firefox report on my desktop so I used that for my bookmarks, but they were old ones . Today I reset my computer because I messed everything up. I am 76 yo and not good on computers. I can't seem to follow the instructions correctly. Is there a simple way of getting my bookmarks back?

Please look for a folder dated today on the Desktop called OldFirefoxProfile
That one will have a better versions of your bookmarks.
Restoring a Profile :
in
- bookmarks and history: places.sqlite
- bookmark backups: compressed .jsonlz4 JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder
Where to put them after finding them :

You can also check for the presence of a C:\Windows.old folder.
