how do I make firefox toolbar show text labels?
My PC was turned off for a few days while I was out of town. When I got back, I ran Firefox and it came up with a message that it needed to update to Firefox Quantum. Now my toolbar no longer shows TEXT LABELS and I can't find any way to turn them back on. I AM OLD AND MY VISION SUCKS! THIS IS A REAL PROBLEM! I tried to log into my Firefox account to ask this question, but I got lost in a black hole of not remembering my password and also not being able to remember the email address I used to create the account. How can I get Firefox to send me a link to reset my password when I can't remember the email address I used to create the account in the first place? SO I HAD TO CREATE A NEW F***ING ACCOUNT!!! THIS SUCKS! Now I have TWO Firefox accounts and the next time I try to log into the new one (most likely five years from now the next time you do a mandatory update that crashes my browser and kills all my settings AGAIN), I will probably not remember that password either!
1. TO BE ABLE TO MAKE MY FIREFOX QUANTUM TOOLBAR (THE BAR THAT SHOWS "HOME, PRINT, CUT, COPY, PASTE, REFRESH, ETC.) SHOW TEXT LABELS SO I CAN READ THE TOOLBAR ITEMS! I AM OLD AND CAN'T SEE WELL ENOUGH TO USE YOUR TOOLBAR WITHOUT TEXT LABELS!
2. TO BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY ORIGINAL FIREFOX ACCOUNT SO I DON'T HAVE TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT EVERY TIME I NEED TO ASK A QUESTION!
3. YOU TO FIX YOUR "CONTACT US" LINK SO IT ACTUALLY SHOWS A WAY TO CONTACT YOU, INSTEAD OF GOING TO A PAGE WITH SOME KIND OF SALES PITCH! PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO BE PREACHED AT WHEN ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS CONTACT YOU! AND SOMETIMES THE REASON SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT YOU IS THAT THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE EITHER CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR RETRIEVING THEIR ACCOUNT! YOU NEED TO OFFER A WAY TO ASK A QUESTION WITHOUT CREATING OR ACCESSING AN ACCOUNT! THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! OLDER PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE WAY YOU MAKE OPTIONS AVAILABLE!
