Not getting "Confirm New Sign-in" on my new account / email address

Hi, I'm not getting "Confirm New Sign-in" on my new account / email address for firefox sync.

I've signed in from 4 different devices (all PC's) and I'm only getting an email to say there has been a new sign-in to sync, but it's not asking for confirmation like it used to on my old email address.

Is there a setting I've not yet found to request this? Or is there a delay of a few days before it starts asking for confirmations?
