Firefox 36.0 will not start with the Booksmarks Toolbar Items in the proper location.

When starting Firefox, the location of Bookmarks Toolbar Items defaults to above the Search Bar, even though the location I have it placed is below the Search Bar. If I click Customize, the Bookmarks Toolbar Items is shown as being in the place I want it, below the Search Bar. When I exit Customize, the Bookmarks Toolbar Items moves to the proper location below the Search Bar.
