Hello i reset my system on pc and now i lost my history and its so anoying for me because i have to put my passwords again in system and make all settings from the ground.... But i have all my history and settings on my phone because i am signed, but i dont know password of my mozzila account.

How to get my history back to me without reset of password because it will delete everything.
