when running Firefox.exe alone with items in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\browser\defaults\Profile" Firefox launches with the settings/files specified here in the users profile. however when running "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -Profile "%remoteProfile%" only settings from the Mozilla.cfg take effect, any modified files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\browser\defaults\Profile" are not used. i.e cert8.db I have granted full control to the remote profile to all users and the machine account but the settings do not apply. I have also tested against no profile in this location and a profile existing, to no effect. it appears to only happen when I choose -profile note: this also affects when the profile is local
