This article explains how to navigate from website to website with Firefox on mobile.

To save space on your phone's display, Firefox's browser controls are stowed away on the sides of the screen. You can access them by swiping your finger left or right.
Swipe left to reveal the back and forward buttons which let you navigate between pages in the current tab.

Swipe right to show your tabs. Just click on a tab's thumbnail to switch to it.
