My name is Alex. I'm currently using Doxy.me for telehealth purposes. The past couple of appointments I've had have had issues with microphone access. Whenever I connect to the site, I get prompted to request microphone access from Firefox, but when I press the button the browser doesn't give the permission prompt. I've tried refreshing the site/browser, checking permissions on the address bar and in privacy & security settings, but there's nothing there, and I can't manually give permission to the site.

The only change I've had is that I've recently built a new PC with Windows 11, I'm not sure if there's a compatibility issue and I can't find anything about it. I've considered using another browser but I don't like the alternatives and would really like to just use my default. Any tips?

I get a "Potential Security Risk" warning when trying to access a Spanish government website in order to download a digital signature (which is required for all interaction with government agencies, etc.) From what I've read, Firefox is blocking this site and there is no way to override this. Is that true? If this is the case, (although I have used Firefox forever) would it be advisable to switch to Chrome or some other browser? It is essential to be able to access this site. Firefox issues warning while accessing websites which are signed by Internal CAs. However, we could see the same website working fine with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.

Firefox work fine while accessing websites which are signed by Public CAs. The issue is only with websites signed with internal / Private CAs.

What can you do about it?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

If you are on a corporate network or using antivirus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

I been using Fire Fox for a long time. I upgraded to two step authentication with the ten code numbers. But every time Fire Fox System keeps asking me for an authentication code to pair iPhone to desktop. I tried all the apps but I don't how to obtain the code from those app.

Can you please explain/guide me how to find this code or the app I need to use.

When I go to youtube.com in firefox it redirects me to https://secure.winred.com/save-america-joint-fundraising-committee/google031723/?utm_medium=ad&utm_source=ci_d_google&utm_content=kw002_na&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIx7rq04KK_wIV4-jjBx34MgztEAAYASAAEgKXMfD_BwE&exitintent=true. This only happens in firefox, not chrome or edge. How can I prevent this from happening?

Firefox keeps asking me for my primary password EVERY time I open the browser. It's very annoying. This article did not help me. I don't use the anti-virus softwares mentioned in the article, and I removed my primary password and set it up again and I still get the pop up every time I open Firefox.

I have passwords stored in Dashlane. 1. Would i be anymore secure if i followed your prompts and disabled Dashlane in order to use Firefox relay; 2. If i disabled Dahlane to use Relay would i loose all the passwords saved in Dashlane?

I would like to monitor what websites, who he gets and sends email to and so on. He does know to delete his history right after he's done using my company. Can I still get this information even thou he has deleted it from his history? If so, how?

Today Firefox stopped altogether and dimmed the entire window and popped up a "Try the Firefox VPN" message. I use Firefox specifically to get away from disruptive, intrusive violations like that. This needs to be removed immediately and never ever happen again. It's completely antithetical to the core values of Firefox.

Not sure how bad the malware is but. i tried to get my main accounts sorted with a new password as soon as i found out my identity could be at risk . saying that though , I have had my Fb page disabled ! Amazon keep telling me my payment was declined , when i havent shopped with them recently . couldnt cancel ..... so i completley took all payment cards out and left ... Apparantly affects google accounts aswell .... but overall its totally had me going round in circles ? So hope someone can help ...... i thought the new firefox update may have some fix ? There dont seem to be any help ? Im at the point of re-installing Windows ... Cheers to any one who can help

New issue, but only on Firefox: I cannot access parts of my TMobile account. The message reads "restricted access" and the page is blank. This is happening only on Firefox, and unfortunately, your many articles your users have to sift through, with no actual staff support is really time consuming and and discouraging, as I have spent the past 2 hours trying to resolve this issue, which was never an issue before. Clearly Chrome is easier to use, and your enhanced tracking is not a good program if you can't use your own accounts.

Thanks for any advice that works. Otherwise, I've tried all Firefox's other options and they do not work.
