For several weeks the Dashlane addon has been failing to function and customer service has failed to respond to all messages. Signing on was a simple matter of entering user email address, then the password. For several weeks entering user email address opens a required instruction to enter a code number set instead of the password, saying the code was sent to the email address. The email number perpetually never arrives. Neither do responses to email notices/inquires directly sent to Dashlane. Has Elon Musk fired everybody at Dashlane or is Trump in charge?
YouTube videos play fine in this browser, but videos on social media sites like X and Facebook don't produce any sound, even after checking that they're not muted
