I cannot load a webpage fully using my firefox browser! It opens fully on other browsers but not with firefox. I am using version 8.01

I'm trying to use a toucan app on facebook. Having problems when trying to vote, the page keeps redirecting...I would click on vote for contestant - the page opens and asks me to click enter - I click enter - then it goes right back again to asking me to click on vote for contestant! HELP

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
