Why does it keep saying secure connection failed when I try to go to a different page or try to pay for something on ebay?

This page keeps popping up on several different websites when I try to go to a different page. I tried to print a shipping label thru ebay and this page popped up. I tried to go to page 2 on a website and this popped up. HELP ME PLEASE
