A 'Cloud' went over my computer and erased my fire-fox and replaced it with Mozila and eraced my account and 'hid' all of my stored material and data.

A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.
