Help with authenticator and backup codes

Good morning,

I was randomly signed out of FireFox this morning. When trying to sign back in, it asked for the 6 digit code from my authenticator app. I looked on every authenticator app I have and don't see a mozilla or firefox account. I only have 4 backup authenticator codes left. How do I find the code in the authenticator app and which app would it be? Also, How do I get more backup codes? If I am unable to sign in to FireFox in the future because I don't have the correct authenticator app or enough backup codes, it would be painfully devastating for myself and my work. I don't want to ever be in that situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Yes this happened a couple of time to me lately, I found the codes in emails.

The first time I ignored it. Closed Fx restarted the laptop and all was fine.
