Account breached and need help changing password + question about changing it

I have received an email from FireFox my account has been breached. Recommends I change my password. if I change it, will it eliminate ALL of my saved passwords for other sites? That would be a huge problem since I have so many, and a lot are for medical offices. How would I change my password? Please be very patient with me - and send very detailed instructions since I am not technology savvy. Thank you in advance for your reply.

If your using sync then all other Firefox browser connected to that account will be deleted and you would have to re-signin to those other browser to sync the data back again. Firefox shouldn't be used for your medical data backup that should be more secure to handle data records.
