
difficulties opening software
I can't get https://currently.att.yahoo.com to sign in. It is where I get my emails but when I sign in it times out and says "make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web." I have a ticket number 71598 but it did not give me any info about what I need to do for the software problem. If I try to open currently.att.yahoo.com in Egde it says it can't reach the page oidc.idp.clogin.att.com AT&T says there is no problem with the DSL. Network diagnostics did not find a problem. That sounds like your ISP issues since Edge is having issue accessing the site itself.
