There was no iOS 10.9.5 so perhaps you actually mean macOS X 10.9.5 for say a Macbook or iMac based on your System details on right.

iOS and similar iPadOS are the mobile OS's for iPhone/iPad.

If you actually meant macOS X 10.9.5 then the most up to date desktop Firefox version you could use was 78.15.0 ESR as 79.0 and later including current requires macOS 10.12 (ten.twelve) or later to run. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-mac-osx-users-esr

Based on the 10.9.5 I believe you are using desktop Firefox and not Firefox on a iPhone/iPad so moved thread to Firefox section.
