Top part of the browser is blank in Version 48
I just upgraded to V48. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, but the top part of the screen is completely blank. I can't even get to the menu button to start in safe mode. Or to add troubleshooting information Has anyone else had this problem? How to fix? I'm going back to an older version for now...

Can you test: 1) in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
2) with a fresh profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
If that works in safe mode, maybe one of your add-ons is faulty.

Oxyilatium, thanks for your help. I actually was not even able to see the menu to start in Safe mode until I found somewhere that if I typed Alt-H, I would get to the help menu without having to click on it. I ended up using Troubleshooting Information and doing a "Refresh Firefox" run, which was able to correct my issues, mostly. At first, I still could not use Firefox in a maximized window. I restarted my computer again and now the problem seems to have been completely resolved, even with a maximized window. All the add-ons are running fine, so I still have no idea what caused the problem.
