Without warning, all my desktop icons have become tiny and all webpages that I pull up are now very small as well. Also, all my icons on desktop are rearranged at the top of the screen. How do I get my web pages to view normal size?

Did you change the screen resolution? You can right-click on empty space on the Desktop and open the Display Properties.

Control > Panel > Display > Settings
