Recently installed metamask on firefox. Today had to have FFox password (not MM)reset.Now MM wallet gone.

Recently I added a Meta Mask extension on Fire Fox. Invested a few hundred dollars in a crypto. Then today I reset my Fire Fox password. Now the Meta mask sidebar icon gone. Trying to logon to Meta Mask, my Meta Mask password was invalid. Tried to get a new one but message was they had no account with that email address.

I have the restore list. Can that be used? If so how? Is there another way tor restore?
