Unable to uninstall HP Client Security Manager/Error Message "Using HP Password Manager with the Mozilla Firefox Browser..." ??

Hello all - I only recently began seeing two issues involving Mozilla Firefox 56.0 on Windows 7:

(1) that HP Client Security Manager was trying to take over security tasks from my AVG suite and forcing me to reinstall secondary tools over and over again, and

(2) the balloon stating "Using HP Password Manager with the Mozilla Firefox Browser..." now appears regular as clockwork every five minutes.

I can see the HP ClientSecurity Manager software listed in as installed on my programs list but when trying to uninstall it actually starts RE-INSTALLING it!

Help Help! Either or both issues...are are they related? Please remember I am NOT a coder and go crazy when someone sends me long code strings to correct, adjust, etc. If I must, I will do my best but it makes me cry. ;)
