Firefox having trouble restoring windows or tabs only after computer start up.

After booting up my pc, when i use firefox, it doesn't matter whether i use start from homepage or start from where i previously left off, firefox will show me the tab recovery button and it is really annoying. only when i start the computer up. or when i restart the pc. it'll say "firefox is having trouble restoring...". If my computer does not require a boot or a restart it will never show that whenever i close firefox or end it's process. Why is this?
