Using the Mozilla VPN, I select a location in the USA. After a few hours, my public IP address / location will be different than what I selected in the VPN app; for example, I select "San Francisco, CA" in the VPN, and a few hours later my email sign-in location (or using mylocation.org) is somewhere in India - that's not even in the list of locations we can select for the VPN. Is my VPN being hacked? I'm using Windows 11 with the latest update and the built-in Windows Security. On my android phone, the VPN location shows as 'Starkville, TN', which is also not on the VPN location select list.

This is observed on Pixel 9 Pro. Running Thunderbird v21 from F-Droid.

Not sure if this is in the latest update, but if I select a message, the top of the screen (where we are notifications and battery level) turns into a black bar. This happens in, both, the unified mailbox and a specific mailbox.

Is this a bug or normal behaviour?

I use Win10 Firefox 153.0 x64 on my laptop, and any time I select a menu, the background is transparent, so I can't see the actual menu options, I have to guess what they say when selecting them. Please either fix this, or tell me how to fix this.

Thunderbird 147.0esr Email arrives. I open it It has the usual 'view this thread' link I click that link waterfox opens all of my home pages.....not the email I have disabled all add ons, in both thunderbird and waterfox....I have changed profile in waterfox & synced with firefox.

I have Windows 11 operating system on my Laptop, but when I order merchandise online via Paypal, I get notification stating my device was recognized and was using Windows 10! I don't understand why this is happening. How do I fix this?

Previously, when I run a full scan, a box will appear at the bottom of the screen stating that full scan is running and when it's finished, this appears full scan is finished and stayed on until I check Norton. This has not occurred for a long time. How can I fix this? Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.

I have been using a couple of well known computer browsers that drive me mad the way I have to confirm who I am even after long use with them .

Since last two updates, I noted I can't click on the URL field or any icons next to each other two versions ago. I changed the Bluetooth mouse to a lined mouse, then it went OK. But with the latest update, again, the same symptom occured and persists: I am on MacBookPro, so I manage to Command+any command key.

How can I restore and click on URL field, copy URL, or reload the URL address again? OF course, I need to use other icons for each function.

My emails were all working (accounts were setup fine). Then, recently, when I opened Thunderbird, the main area (where my messages are displayed) is empty. If I choose another folder, still empty. BUT, the folders all say that there are messages in them (see the attached screenshot)

I have tried the following... 1. Opening Thunderbird in Troublshooting mode: This works, and the messages appear. But I don't want to have to open troubleshooting mode every time. 2. I have ZERO extensions installed, so asking to disable them obviously wont do anything. 3. I have tried to repair the folders (I have tried to repair the default inbox folder, and then tried to repair them all ... nothing worked). 4. I have backed up my thunderbird files, and tried reinstalling Thunderbird. Still didn't work. 5. Any other suggestions?

can not resolve repeated problem : "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." Cánt not find "Refresh"

Each time I start TB, I get this message: "The folder 'Inbox on redacted@aol.com' could not be compacted because writing to folder failed. Verify that you have enough disk space, and that you have write privileges to the file system, then try again." What does this mean and what can I do to fix it. Thanks. M. Campbell

Near Firefox. Why does Firefox's built-in translator always write “Near” in front of all opening sentences? It's very annoying to look at. Have you considered using AI? DeepL is great for translating. It translates not only the words, but also the culture.
