When I allowed the last update on Thunderbird, it removed all of my incoming emails. I cannot get email through Thunderbird. Secondly, in the settings for deleted emails, it puts them back into all of my files. NOT GOOD! Why can't I have my emails show up in my inbox?

I have several sub folders in the local folder list not showing up. I tried to recreate one and receive the error that the folder already exist. How do I retrieve them?
