Verifying account sign-in on an Android:phone is a nightmare, especially in 5 minutes. I think I managed to do it on my second try, but quite honestly, I don't have a clue what I did. Steps need much clearer documentation and/or user interface. As I remember it, after you sent me the 6(?) digit code and I copy it, I can't find the sign in form I need to use to enter the verification code. Navigation back to Firefox via my app icons takes me to a page with many, many choices... and clicking sign-in in the menu gives me a page wanting me to scan something with my phone's camera... and there's no clear path to resuming the sign-in process. It is very confusing. I must have signed in, because here I am, but I'm not sure how. My Galaxy s9 phone uses android 10. When I was looking for navigational help, your help search function couldn't help me find any of the terms I tried seearch for.

Eccentially it said why cant you make all of the security of all your apps that i use be based on me having to remeber some info that i cant. Which means i cant get in. Instead why cant all my security be based on either facial recognition or fingerbprints ?? Because If i cant remember my password then chances are i wont be able to remember the recovery info too so i am still stuck

When selecting "Sign in" on a Google Search tab, that tab refreshes every time you tap on that button without logging you in.

Tap the Sign in button on the upper right side when searching with Google.

Actual results:

The tab force refreshes every time.

Expected results:

Successfully log in to my Google Account.

Hello Firefox, I'm not 100 % sure but I think my question/problem has been solved?Today I found out my chrome browser on Android 7 is out of date after years of problem free usage. I checked my browser with browser.org checker and the checker sent me to Google play store to download you android 7 browser. I have a Firefox account on Windows 10. I entered my details but couldn't login all I saw was blank black screen. I created a new account for Android phone but still I couldn't login and verify. I saw the same black blank screen as before. Now I have tried to login to Firefox from my out of date chrome browser and was able to confirm my new Firefox account for Android phone. I guess before I was trying to login to Firefox from Firefox without success. Now I have logged in to Firefox from chrome browser I could confirm my email address with code number received. Why did I have trouble logging in and confirming new account email address?. Thank you

Out of the blue you asked me to sign in after over 5yrs. Then you tell me my user name in use. Yes by me. So I changed password and then Google got involved. So I tried me Google sign in. Didn't do anything probably made things worse. How can I sign back in again?

Not adjust numbers bar for sign in. Due to this problem I am unable to sign my account. In other browsers it works properly like chrome and opera etc. Please check attachment
