​I am reporting two visual glitches (white bars) occurring in the Android version of Firefox.

1. White Bar Appear Numbered list items at the Top in Portrait Multi-Select Mode
   When the browser is in portrait mode and I enter the multi-select state (e.g., in the Bookmarks or Downloads management screens), a white bar appears briefly or persists at the top of the screen. This seems like a UI rendering error.
2. White Bar Appears on the Left Side in Landscape Mode
   When the phone is in landscape mode, a persistent white bar/strip is visible on the far left side of the screen. This affects the full-screen display.

Cannot replay a football video on my subscription to NFL Enterprises for a game that already went final today. I cannot view either the full game or the condensed version of the video. The REPLAY selection is not working so I can view the video. This feature has worked prior to today's NFL broadcasting. Help me!!!!!

Since the last update the following error occurs: If I delete individual entries in the browser history, they don't stay deleted, hey are back after a while.

Is this a bug?

Am not able to search from address bar. Input sits a second then Startpage appears from the home page with the start bar.

Also, where exactly do I access java script. about config does not do anything because I cannot search from address bar? Or is it disabled on this version which, according to info I found Beta and Nightly have the about config option.

Last, this is a brand new account so it might not show up.

If I turn VPN off everything works, if on says I'm off line can't read the article?

some site's pages are cut off leaving 1 side of the screen unviewable. it doesn't matter if you're in portrait or horizontal either, & it happens in desktop mode & mobile view. i can't find any work around this & it's just so frustrating! there's also "nothing" at all in the help topics! has anyone had this issue? thanx so much for any help!

a long time FF user...

I’ve been using version 68.12.0 for a long time and now want to update to a newer version. Since I have many important tabs saved, I’d prefer not to uninstall and reinstall the app to perform the update. However, when I tried updating to versions like 80.1.2 or 110.0.1 from the Google Play Store or GitHub, the installation failed, and my phone displayed an "App not installed" error.

Could you advise which version I should install to successfully upgrade from 68.12.0? Alternatively, if there’s a way to export or back up the tabs in this version, that would also solve my problem—though I haven’t found a method to do so for this specific version.

I synchronized my passwords to a new Android tablet to easily configure some apps. Now I want to stop synchrisation and delete all the passwords. But I find no way to do this.

Hello My Tabs are automatically crash after sometime i open it, all tabs are crasg out and i reload it again and again this is very annoyed, what can i do to stop reloading or crash

I'm hoping for some help with a persistent video playback issue on Firefox for Android. I am committed to using Firefox for its privacy and its independent Gecko engine, but this performance bug is a major blocker.

The Problem: When I play videos in Firefox, the playback is very choppy and stutters, appearing as if it's running at a very low frame rate.

Crucial Testing Information:

This issue is specific to certain browsers. I have tested the exact same videos on Chrome, Vivaldi, Brave, and Ulaa, and they all play perfectly smoothly. The stuttering issue happens in Firefox (and also in Opera).

This confirms the problem is with how Firefox is rendering video on my device, not a network or hardware limitation.

Troubleshooting Roadblock:

I have already tried all the basic fixes (clearing cache, reinstalling, etc.).

I attempted to follow standard advice to troubleshoot this by accessing about:config to check the status of hardware video decoding. However, access to about:config is completely disabled in the stable version of Firefox for Android. This prevents any advanced user-side troubleshooting for performance issues like this.

My Device Information:

Phone Model: OnePlus Nord 2T

Android Version: Android 14

Firefox Version: 143.0.4

Given that a critical troubleshooting tool is unavailable, I am reporting this directly. This seems to be a hardware acceleration incompatibility issue with my device.
