For the last month I've been having this issue when downloading things from Firefox beta I get this "com.android.phone has stoped working" along with "phone has stopped" error anytime I download something.

Using FF for Android on a pixel 6 on every website when I try to scroll down nothing moves and if I keep sliding down the page refreshes. It thinks I'm at the top. Every single time. I have to scroll down a couple millimeters then it will go up. Scroll down is not an issue. I've seen other users with this issue and I've seen bug reports addressing it so I know it's a real thing.

Problem: keyboard covers text area in chat and scroll does not function. In a chat with customer service usually, the text I am writing does not appear, it is behind the keyboard and scroll is frozen. I have to close the keyboard to see the text, also scroll works. Then I click on my partially filled text box, keyboard comes back covering it, no scroll. Repeat. Pixel 6, FF for Android, T-mo, Ad-Guard only addon, everything updated, see attached.

I search for "desktop" and it returns "Web pages" "page" along with desktop. None of the 81 results answer the query, "what is the desktop site?" in settings. Why? Why return random words? Why don't Boolean operators work? Please tell me the trick to searching, it's becoming a daily routine.

When I try to sign into any Google product (Drive, Docs, Classroom, etc) in Firefox on my Android phone, it brings me directly to a "sign in with Microsoft" screen. I think this is because my old Microsoft account is the default account for Google products, but it is now deactivated so I can't sign in from there. I can't get out of that page, though, so I can't sign into any of my Google accounts at all through Firefox on my phone.

Hello. I have the most recent update for Android Firefox. Suddenly I can not watch videos because it says my JavaScript is off. I have not done anything to change any settings. And I am unable to get into "About:Config" to change anything. The version of Android Firefox is 117.0. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you so much. About a week ago my phone (Sony Xperia ZX2 Premium running Android 10) started 'crashing to the lock screen' whenever a download finished in the mobile version of Firefox. If multiple files are downloaded in short succession a popup will appear informing me that the 'System UI keeps stopping', with a prompt to close the app or to get to the app info (see the attached photo - clicking either option sends me back to the lockscreen, with the only difference being that after unlocking the phone the former will have stayed with Firefox in focus, and the latter having opened the Settings app on the System UI entry).

Going to about:crashes shows no recent crashes on Firefox's ends. (Plus, Firefox shows no signs of having been closed [like tabs being reloaded] after unlocking the phone again post-crash). The issue currently only happens when downloading a file through Firefox; downloading a file through Edge, Discord, or the Google Drive app produces no problems.

I have already tried force-stopping and restarting Firefox, restarting the phone, and clearing the download history with no luck. Furthermore, I have also checked for updates for the system, the Google Play Store, and Firefox for Android, however all of them were already up to date.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Firefox Beta for Android frequently loads webpages as a blank black or grey page. Reloading the tab does nothing - only closing it and reopening it allows the page to load as expected.

I'm a big fan of Firefox and have been using it as my main browser for years, but this issue happens so often that I'm considering moving over to Samsung Internet when on mobile.

P.S. I know it isn't an addon issue as this still happens when all extensions are disabled.

I'm using a Galaxy 21FE on Android 13. Tracking protection is set to default. HTTPS only mode is enabled.

I am a regular user of the Android version but currently when I get my search results it freezes and when it doesn't none of the links are clickable. Other browsers have no issues, anything I can do?

172.16.32.1 is the login page for a WiFi offered by my landlord. Sometimes I am able to go to that page and login and sometimes your browser refuses me access. Please help me fix this and allow me to use my landlords WiFi. If you are unable to assist, please direct me to a browser I can download that will allow me to use my apartment's wifi. instagram.com not asking for notification permission, so I'm not able to receive notifications from this site.

Someone else experiencing this? Is there something that I and/or Firefox and/or Instagram can do to fix this?

• Settings> Sites Permission> Notifications is set to Ask to allow
• there's no record of instagram.com on Settings> Sites Permission> Exceptions
• Tested also with addons disabled
• Firefox version: 117.1.0 (Build #2015973691), from Google Play Store

Firefox for Android is non-responsive on my Samsung flow HP PC screen. Please advise. All other browsers are responsive. Love Firefox thou, but can't use it on my PC (Samsung flow screen on the HP PC.)

I'm getting pixelated screen on firefox Android when I interact or tap my phone screen. First I thought this was phone issue but I tried three other browsers and it didn't happen.Green pixels surrounding texts and shapes. It's been really annoying.dont know how to solve it.

I'm not sure if this behavior is intended or not.. but it seems unusual and like some sort of glitch.

Firefox re-opens tabs after the browser is closed. Say I hypothetically open the app to make a Google search, open a few tabs from the results, do some research, then close the most recent 4 tabs and then immediately close the entire app.

Upon my next opening of the app, I'm served the New Tab screen. Tapping the square icon that brings up my list of currently open tabs, reveals that those 4 tabs from my previous session have returned. This has persisted through the last few updates, and I've just been living with it for a month or two. If I close a bunch of tabs at once and then keep browsing, sometimes I'm able to keep some of them dead, but some will come back I think. It's inconsistent and strange.

Any help is appreciated.

I cant use firefox regular or focus due to dropped text and missing images. It happens on all websites and on two different phones. This doesnt happen with Brave but i absolutely hate their ads. It has become worse over time. Attached is a screenshot of weather.gov, which never loads correctly. You can see- oh shit, its happening here- icant see what im typing!

The problem is I'm getting the "Unexpected response from server" message when trying to open any web page. Could you try to solve this without me updating the android version? My phone is not new and quick in the terms of performance so I do not update the OC. Please find the error examples, broeser version and my phone's system info attached in a form of screenshots.
