She mentioned you were making updates to your site & to try again. I have tried several times now!! Please could you help me with this matter, as I'm finding the whole thing extremely frustrating. I don't think that your site is very navigable, I have tried several different ways of finding information I require!!!!!!

Hello, i am having an issue with firefox mobile for android not loading certain websites. This seems to happen randomly and i cannot figure out why. When i click on a website url from the search page i sometimes get the error message, "Server Connection Failed", and i cannot get the page to load at all. I have tried to clear my cookies, clear my cache, uninstall and reinstall firefox as well as update it but it still keeps happening. This has been going on for years to the point where i am forced to use other browsers to get certain pages to work and load properly. I dont want to leave firefox because i really need the dark reader extension app because i have photo sensitivity due to epilepsy.
Can anyone help me figure this problem out or offer me an alternative browser where i can turn every page that i search to dark mode like the extension dark reader?

I am getting an "access denied" when I try to use online banking. The bank said it may be an extension issue. They suggest I use another search engine such as Edge or Chrome. Both offer too much "bloatware" for me.
I really would like to find a way to continue using Firefox.
