I'm not sure why, sometimes the status bar clock and stuff do hide, but I just can't seem to figure out how to get them to hide every time, and they usually don't. I've already tried disabling picture in picture for the app but that isn't noticeably helping. Full screen video is supposed to hide those, right? What are the reasons it wouldn't?

I have firefox for android, and I have ublock origin, which is great.

However, firefox seems to refresh constantly- even if I minimize it than return instantly- it automatically goes into a refresh mode, it refreshes randomly while scrolling- I wish I coudl completely turn this "feature" off across all browsers.

I cannot state how many times I have lost VITAL data from this annoying random refreshing.

It should be an option to completely disable refreshing of ANY kind, rather than forcing it down our throats, and losing time, and data. If I want to see new content I will refresh it myself/ re enable the option. I was hoping this ridiculous "feature" would be phased out when humanity pulled its head out, but apparently- it's gotten even worse, now.

Every day as far as I can remember, when I clicked on on The Fire Fox symbol I got a page of my favorites. This morning, and all day I get an Xfinity page. What happened, and how is it fixed? Xfinity says it's not their fault it's Fire Fox's problem

I recently purchased a new Mac Book Pro. After migrating my data from my old one I noticed that when using Firefox my Facebook account was not working properly. I no longer could access my own page or the pages of friends. However, I could access some group accounts I'm associated with. On Safari, everything works fine. I suspect something must have been compromised during the data migration.

I deleted the Firefox app from my new computer and then reinstalled it but to no avail. When I'm in Facebook and try to access my page I get an error message. My OS system to up to date and apparently my Firefox is up to date as well. Any suggestions? Thanks

Triggered usually by any Website with a (google) map.

   Chrome on Android 13 on the Oukitel RT5 displays these Websites properly.

'Split Screen' functionality & gestures useless. The appear they might work until finger contact with the touchscreen is discontinued, then every attempt rebounds to half the screen still black.

  The only 'way out' of 'split' screen is to exit FF.

Hello there! I have an issue with the context menu, which appears on selecting a word on any web site (you can see it on the screenshot attached one after another as it appears)

The context menu is too long, and most frequent options like copy text are in the end (I should switch it many times to copy anything, it appears only on the third tap, and some weird functions like search in Edge appears before the really useful ones). How could it be fixed?

Lately, Firefox for Android has started "forgetting" active tabs. I have changed absolutely nothing in the settings. Most of the Active Tabs I've had for years are gone. Now I only have about 5 left & they get corrupted every couple of days. For example, the 3rd one in the attached Screenshot: I'm playing "catch-up" on old Guardian crosswords, currently on 15,179. At irregular intervals, say every couple of days, it gets replaced with an older one, 15,166 for example. I suspect it must have been changed in the Version released on March 19, 2024 (124.0)

Dear Firefox team,

Since the two or three latest Updates of your browsers, a strange bug occours everytime watching a video. When I pause it and let it play again, the video goes under quite some lagging/stuttering. The audio is fine, but the video is not on screen is not. I have to go back on the video bar, so it runs smoothly again.

And before it comes, I already tried the usal methods, such as clearing the cache, clearing browser history, cookies, used privat tab, deibstalled adblocker etc. Nothing worked, and it happens even with different versions, such Firefox normal, nigtly, waterfox etc. And with every video player, not just a specific one. And I teued it on two different smartphones. Is there any solution or planning to fix this?

Hi, this issue has been present for a long time for me, and with many versions of Firefox Nightly for Android.

I'm always using the latest nightly for browsing Youtube only, with a set of specific settings and addons (since we can't use profiles on Android yet)

My problem is I've configured the Homepage to never show anything but a few URLs I chose to pin, you can see my settings and my homepage in the screenshots attached.

Despite the "Recently visited" setting being disabled, sometimes, but not everytime, the last pages I visited are added to the Homepage, after the pinned sites. I have no idea what triggers it or not, if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug.

I want to update to the latest version but the "Text selection magnifier" is stopping me from updating firefox android. Because I find it pretty useless and very distracting when viewing text while selecting the text in a website/article. Please provide a toggle for it in the Settings.

When i use mozilla in android 13 tablet, and i click on the 3-dot menu while the address bar is set to appear in bottom of screen, i cannot see the full 3-dot menu neither can i scroll to the end of it -only half od it appears. When the address bar is set at the top of the screen,the problem does not exist in landscape view. Please fix it

My computer restated itself with an update. Now Firefox and all my bookmarks and saved log in info is gone. I normally can solve this by simply logging in and syncing from my phone. Firefox will not open a log in page from any of the icons on any Firefox page. I can log in using Chrome but of course sync from there is not possible. I can log in on my phone also. The problem is either my Mac settings or the Firefox settings on that computer. I have searched FAQ etc. No clear solutions can be found.

I have Firefox on my Windows 11 desktop computer. As of today, I cannot see my Firefox on my Android smartphone. The problem started when I saw that my computer desktop Firefox would not automatically update. When I tried to update manually, I lost my ability to use my Android Firefox. Don't know what to do next.

Any website that uses OscillatorNode and other similar features has the audio generated devolve into a crackly mess after only a second or two.

Whenever I use Firefox the UI image elements will become oversized making everything squished. I have provided pictures of the incorrect display and what it looks like on my default browser fir reference.

On the Firefox Android app, after closing few tabs, exiting the application and re-entering the application, the closed tabs reappears as if they weren't closed at all. I found this is a well known bug and there are few open threads on bugzilla on this topic. Someone said that's related to a corruption of the closed tabs' json file.

PS. It's difficult to share a screenshot, probably a video is more explanatory
