I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

Firefox for iPhone. I’m having an issue where Amazon’s text input fields cause a password prompt to appear instead of predictive text, Also the page scrolls to the bottom so you can’t see the text field as you type.

Happens in last several versions of Firefox mobile. Happens in safe mode primarily. All stock settings, accept web filters set to strict. Rebooting, nor reinstalling the app, doesn’t fix problem.

Firefox was my Netflix browser, but now it's Chrome. I saw a documentary at night, and it was not working correctly in the morning. The videos are no longer videos—they're just still pictures with sound. The rest of the features work fine, but I'm mystified by this issue. Does anybody else have this issue? How can I fix it?

As my subject suggests, I am unable to upload photos to sites anymore and have to switch to a different browser if I need to do so.

This seems to happen with all sites. On TikTok.com I can upload cover photos, and occasionally videos (but most of the time not), if that’s of any importance.

This is really annoying since Firefox is my main browser and I absolutely adore it, so suddenly not being able to upload photos makes it so that I have to switch to a different browser that has various other problems.

I would like to know how to stop the Google pop-ups that ask me if I want to go in app or stay on the browser every 10 minutes. I am using iOS. Google is my browser. Firefox is my engine.

Hi on my ipad 10 ios 16.1.1 with firefox 129.2 (44469) I am "paired" or logged in as my username BUT i simply cannot autofill passwords - even though the box "use saved password" appears on sites ive registed....

I then tried logging out and in again and repairing the device and - same deal.

Also, when i goto "settings > passwords" it says:

"to save and automatically fill passwords, enable face id, touch id or a device passcode.....learn more" That support article does not seem to solve anything for me.

I am using firefox on my desktop and my iphone and both of those work.

Hi. I use LastPass as a password manager. I recently did Firefox updates and extension uploads across all my devices. Since then I have encountered the following problem with setting up new logins in LastPass, but their support believe the issue is a Firefox related. I have two emails. I want to use only one as the default username for new LastPass saved logins. Currently the default email address being autofilled is the wrong one of the two email addresses i use. How do I change this to my other email address? Thanks

As Google’s search features get more and more anti-user, it is more important than ever to be able to add the “&UDM=14” after receiving their newly formatted, pathetic excuse for results.

Something has recently changed that makes this impossible.

When on a Google search result page, attempt to edit the URL only allow editing the search query. There is already a location for this, the query field.

Why am I getting an error for newsmax.com telling me that there is a security problem. It will not let me connect. This is a regular occurrence. I just got through not being able to connect to x.com, and now this. It is only this browser.

I tried to add an event to my calendar, but clicking “done” doesn’t do anything. When I tried to do the same on Safari, there’s a button labeled “add to calendar” that actually adds the event.

I tried to replicate this on my iPad to see if it has to do with screen dimensions, but while the lower edge of the screen is clear, there’s no option to add to the calendar.

Images attached are of adding event on Firefox, then safari on iOS, then adding event on Firefox using iPadOS in both horizontal and vertical orientations.

all of a sudden firefox is so slow in opening webpages.... to not opening at all. how can i fix this? why is it happening. have used firefox for 15 years now without any problem need help

Visiting Google, searching, and then attempting to revise the URL appear to no longer be possible. Every time I try to edit the URL after a search, I can only edit the search.

I am not trying to copy the url, but add &UDM=14 so the useless AI features disappear

I use Xfinity for email and Firefox to connect to my Xfinity account. Images in my emails do not load. I've looked for help articles on how to fix this but I haven't found the solution. If I click the link in my Xfinity email that says "Open to see in browser" everything loads fine. All other web pages show images without problems. Only my email.

I quit firefox (accidentally). When I reopened Firefox, all of my tabs were gone! I have only been able to recover the most recent tabs, not the older ones. How do I recover all the tabs that I had opened in Firefox?

Hello, quite for a long time I observe the same bug that you have in your application. The problem is with downloading a PDF from a supplier. The PDF is not recognised and it is said as an unknown file and also the file does not weigh any kilobytes or different - it’s always zero. So first issue is that the PDF is not recognised as PDF and even though when I try to save/download file to files app on iPhone and I add file extension/shortcut “.pdf”, still it weighs 0 kB.

After reinstalling the app, I can no longer set up Sync since the accounts.firefox.com is loading infinitely. I understand that the iOS version is old but is there possibly a way to log in somehow?
