I used the camera on my iPhone 8 to download the newest Firefox for my phone, was sent to the app store, where I thought I "got" Firefox, but my browser Safari or Firefox--I can't tell which browser I use-- on my phone doesn't work anymore, what happened? Thank you.

Typing about:config in the address bar does not bring up a list of configuration files. All it does is produce a google search list of YouTube and Mozilla help sites. How can I access Firefox configuration files so I can stop websites from refreshing?

I cannot find a way to block websites in Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro. I found questions in this forum but the answers don’t give a way to actually block websites that are popping up. All that such answers described are ways to “limit” websites in iOS. I don’t just want to limit these malicious dues. I want them blocked. The iOS tool doesn’t allow me to limit them to less than a minute per day. This makes no sense to me.

I just started with Firefox browser on my iPad. No where in the menu or Home Screen is there a print icon. Does anybody use Firefox on iOS and learned how to print??

Hello. I am just trying Firefox out and like it EXCEPT the print icon does not show in the Menu so I can’t print or set it up. How do I get the Print icon in menu?

Ad blocker has worked flawlessly on my iPhone until today. Don’t know what changed, but there are ads everywhere. How do I make it block ads again? The internet is totally unusable with ads on every page!!!

Hello, I recently got an iPad 10th Gen and setup Firefox on it. During setup it asked if I’d like the navigation bar on the top or bottom. Being a traditionalist myself I went ahead and chose top, however during use I realized that I would prefer the navigation bar on the bottom since I always hold the iPad near the bottom and like to use a minimized swipe key I put on the lower right hand corner.

The problem is that the toolbar settings that I would normally find under Menu->Settings->General->Toolbar normally located under the Themes option (like I would find on my iPhone) is now missing and short of uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app I have no idea how else to change this or even find the toolbar option at all under settings. I’ve attempted opening the debug by tapping Firefox version under the about section 5x and I still can’t find it there either. Please help.

I am not able to turn off "search suggestions" on my mobile phone/IOS or wipe off some of my previous search results. I use Firefox 130.0 (44595)

I have tried to follow Firefox guidances,but what is written on their info page does not work on iPhone, see Mozilla text below: Search suggestions are initially switched off in Private browsing. You must explicitly turn the feature on in that mode. As of Firefox version 71, you can turn on search suggestions in all Private Browsing windows in Firefox Settings - Search (see below).

When I go on different websites, my location shows a zip code for an area that I moved from 4 years ago. Even after I sign in and update it again and again, it still happens. I called Apple support, but they said the issue is in my browser. I am not so sure. Please let me know what you think

I bring up settings and try to click “data management” and it does nothing. I keep trying and get frustrated and slam my finger so hard on it that my finger hurts with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks
