For a couple of days, I am having an issue when trying to play videos. This happens regardless of where the video comes from : Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok, CNN, etc

If the sound is ON, the video will remain on its first image and appears to be buffering. The moment I mute the sound, the video starts playing in totally normal way in terms of speed, quality and buffering.

I have cleared the cache and it appeared to come back to normal, but happiness is ephemeral and the issue returned shortly after.

What should I do to get back to normal once and for all?

Prior to iOS 18 if you had a link anywhere in the phone be it WhatsApp, email, webpages in safari or text messages and if we long press the link to open submenu we could choose share - Open with Firefox. It used to work. This used to popup Firefox right away.

But after ios 18 update none of the options are working. If you choose open with Firefox nothing happens and if you choose Share - open with Firefox - open in background nothing happens. What’s the cause?

Perhaps in my opinion: Apple becoming territorial for their safari browser making it yet another corporate giant becoming greedy eih?

I am having an every day problem Google getting into my iPhone and causing me problems.

I have had to go to Apple store and reset my iPhone. Nothing has changed I am still having too issues.

so apperantly there's a bug in iOS app which is really annoying. On the bottom there's a + together with page pick and it's working bad.

Wow this browser is nearly a joke. I love my windows Firefox but this iOS version is an unsupported catastrophe. 🤷‍♀️if you’re gonna suck so hard it’s laughable. Sigh. I wish I knew code I would help but I don’t.

I am wondering if I need to change settings or if something else is wrong. Website continuously fail to load. Firefox is my default browser and when I use an email link is just spins! When I try to open FaceBook or games I use, I get a message that it is taking too long to load. This is a new problem since updating. I can't help but think there is a connection.

A couple of months ago I started having a bunch of issues with the iOS app simultaneously. First I couldn't get my tabs to sync. Then I signed out and had a hard time signing back in-- it just wouldn't work. Now I am signed in, but the app isn't working like it used to. I haven't been able to sync tabs since then now matter how many times I try. It still shows tabs for stuff I read months ago. I can't send tabs from desktop to my phone (but I can send from my phone to desktop with no issues). Finally, the tabs are all weird now-- they are huge (see pic).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 20 or 30 times. I'm considering going back to Safari because the main reason I use Firefox is for phone/desktop connectivity and it just isn't working anymore. Any ideas?

My checks are not printing properly. The recipient's name and amount of check shows but the written out amount of check is missing. Is there some setting that can fix this? I have had other issues recently with printing out things that might flag a privacy setting- such as medical test results. They just won't print. Please help!

All of a sudden my Firefox app is crashing. It will show the home screen fine but other than that, it crashes. It worked only an hour ago! I even deleted it and then redownloaded it via the App Store. It still crashes!

How can this be fixed? Or must I leave Firefox for good?

I’m doing a white card coarse on express online training. I don’t own a computer or iPad and they said if I’m having trouble submitting my answer try fire fox. I am trying to do that but with no success

I have used multiple searches today and used one to purchase tickets. I left that tab open, assuming that it would remain available to make use of tickets and QR codes. That tab has disappeared and my history fails to reveal all of the tabs I have used today. How do I recover this information?
