When I log into my online banking I see the bar fill as I'm logged in and then the page with my account information does not load. I used the log-in name/password on my phone and on Safari and they work. Everything was working last week. I've restarted my computer and checked for updates on it and on FireFox. The bank offers no technical help. Any ideas?

Hi, Could you lease tell me how to update my Firefox. iPad current Firefox version is 132.1 and with this version I was denied service at my chase mobile bank. They required most recent version and I can’t figure out how to ask Firefox to update itself. It usually happens automatically so I never really paid attention. Thank you Andrew

When I go into settings in Firefox for both iOS and on my MacBook Air, I can see some old saved addresses, but I’m not given any options to add, edit, or delete them. I can tap on the address, but nothing happens.
I’m using the latest versions of the operating systems and Firefox is up to date. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that didn’t work either.

Quick Question - I was stupid and reset my account forgetting I had a recovery key so lost all my data. I realized an old iphone still has most of my bookmarks - how can I export from Firefox iOS app without syncing with my firefox account (which will then wipe out the data)
is this possible? Or could I create a new firefox account, then login into on my phone while keeping my bookmarks? Then export when the new account sync my old phone's data by logging into the new account on my computer? Thanks!!
