When attempting to insert account/password into a website, the Firefox would popup, ask for the iOS passcode, popup the list of matching accounts then immediately closed that popup and create a blank tab.

This also happened when trying an alternative but similar method with "Use saved password".

Infuriating.

Difficult to reaearch this.

Happens on numerous websites, most recently at Alternative To dot net.

It would also benefit anyone who is aware that they are in need of supplementary assistance in the absorption of information and knowledge, such as myself (for context; I am an adult with autism and ADHD). Specifically, I suggest adding an accessibility feature that provides verbal dictation of the text on the phone. HOw do I stay signed in to Firefox so I do not have to sign in everytime I open it? Also, I created a new password which is being rejected. Since I can see the password, I know its the right one.

I'm not sure what to do about my search engine? It's telling me I have a new private tab, but the search bar tells me it's Google. when I choose what search engine I want to use in my settings, I only have the choices that are listed. But what about my Firefox browser, the one that I want to use and the one that I thought I was getting/would have?

Today, for no particular reason that I am aware of, Firefox has undocked my normal iOS full keyboard and started using a tiny little iPhone sized keyboard. How do I restore the normal default iPad keyboard?

Printer help needed! Where is my default IOS printer (Epson ET-4850) & where is the print option in Firefox? The bigger question is how do I connect my default IOS printer to Firefox?Thus far I have no way to print from Firefox therefore have deployed the workaround of copying web address into Safari and printing from there. I do not want to spend hours researching something that should be simple and likely is something that most of you already know. I can’t find the Auto-fill settings in FF on iOS. I found instructions here for where they should be and they are not there. Was this feature taken away recently. It’s VERY tedious not having this feature. Am I doing something wrong?

In the Settings menu, there is no option for “Address” under PRIVACY to save autofill addresses. There is a “Payment” option which allows me to save credit cards to autofill, but not for addresses.

Sometimes the lock icon in the url bar shows that a connection is insecure (slash through lock) when the connection is secure and using https. I haven’t been able to detect a pattern, but it’s happened enough times that it has become noticeable. I’m curious if there’s a reason behind this, or perhaps I’m misunderstanding how to interpret the lock icon? I’ve attached a screen shot of an example from the VSCode extension marketplace web site where there seems to be a disconnect.

Is there a way to export passwords on the Firefox iOS mobile app? I know how to do it on my desktop/Windows device, but not on my iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.5.1). Please help!
