A few days ago I changed my password on my account but I forgot to write it down. Now I tried to change it again but it doesn't remember the current password, resulting in it asking me to enter the 32-character password, but unfortunately I don't have that either. How can I change my password without losing my data? King regards John Papoulakos
When l sign out to sign in again my password is not accepted although is the same
Firefox pauses my downloads when I switch to another app which is not the issue on safari or chrome on iOS.

I have been attempting for two days to sync my Firefox desktop info (for the bookmarks) to my iphone, and it keeps coming up with a 500 error - see attached.
Please advise as I'd like to have my bookmarks the same in all places. I have an iPhone 11, and as far as I know all versions of Firefox in both places are up-to-date.

During the configuration of my iPad, I noticed that there is no option to add a custom query URL, like it exists under Android. Therefore, after adding the custom search engine (and when it's chosen) the search suggestions are missing. While I know that there are technical limitations regarding Firefox on IOS/IPadOS, I don't think/hope that this is one of them.

I was searching on Firefox and encountered a pop up “your iPhone has been hacked” and an ‘OK’, which you are encouraged to use based on immediate attention being required.
This pop up has frozen my app and I cannot close this tab nor can I access any other tabs I have in use. Troubleshooting tried- closed the app several times and also turned my iPhone off and back on and get the same result. I cleared my website search history and use the following security’s settings: Prevent cross tracking, Hide IP address: (from) trackers and websites, Fraudulent Website Warning, Not Secure Connection Warning. I am using the iPhone 14 Pro Max and am running on the most current iOS: 18.5. These settings are for Safari.
Has anyone experienced this situation and know how to close the hacker message tab and what else one might need/want to do in response to this pop up?
