When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

I just noticed today that I am not getting anywhere near all of my Yahoo email, and most of my past emails that I had not deleted have disappeared. An automatic update did run yesterday, but I have made no recent changes to Firefox. I checked Chrome, and all of my emails are coming through. I have tried restarting the pc and refreshing Firefox, and a couple of other things Firefox AI suggested, but none of them worked. Any suggestions?

I have cleared my cache but I still cannot access the open pages from the task bar. Some are trying to load but don't. They also don't shut down at once when I press the x command. Some pages are working OK.

Hello, I can't log in to Facebook, only through Firefox, and that's the problem. Edge and Chrome work fine. I've already deleted cookies and temporary files, and still nothing. This problem has been occurring for a while.

received an email from a website, Chewy.com, about upcoming order. I clicked on Chewy's manage order button that should have taken me to their website so I can make any changes. What it did was tried to open up their website in a new tab, but the tab was blank. I refreshed the website and got nothing but a blank website page. I cleared my cache and tried to load the page again but still received nothing. This is not the only website this is happening to but others like Walgreens, AT&T,

no sure if this is the right topic place, but nothing else seemed any closer. can anyone tell me what the h*** the error message i keep getting when i do something like "sort by unread" and then go back to "sort by all"? i also have trouble just logging in - i have 3 profiles that i use. could not find anything in the troubleshooting section and i don't think it would be from the malware app as everything worked just fine for several years with this running any help would be greatly appreciated! wolfgang

I reinstalled Firefox and imported my bookmarks from a .json file that I made on 5/19/26. Firefox imported them but I can only open a handful of them. I can't even open Google or Yahoo mail. One time I got a message on a page that didn't open that says "Please enable JS and disable any ad blocker." I don't know how to disable JS and Google won't open so that I can find out how to do it. I have no ad blocker running.

Please let me know how this can be fixed.

I'm constantly getting error message like below for legitimate sites? Looks like there’s a problem with this site

I have always been able to use Firefox to login and place grocery order on the Kroger website. This afternoon the server will not let me in, saying access is denied. I was able to login from Microsoft Edge. Is the Kroger website blocking Firefox logins? I have been having trouble loading the website for the past month or so, but have always been able to get in. Does anyone have a fix for this problem? I rebooted my computer to make sure it was not my PC.

Since the update I performed today, 4/27/26, I am unable to upload files to my NAS via the Firefox web browser on a Windows 11 PC. I can still do it via the Google Chrome browser so I am not completely crippled, but it would be nice if I could still use Firefox for this work. Any suggestions on how to fix this, or will it require the software itself to be fixed?
