For some reason, all of a sudden, the auto-fill for passwords and other things does not work. They appear for about 1 second or less, not enough time to "click' on it and then it disappears.

I have no idea what is wrong. My firefox is up-to-date. I have to manually type every password, etc. on various pages and it is extremely annoying.

Using Firefox version 117.0.1 (64bit). When I click "Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks, the listing defaults to the "Other Bookmarks" folder. I would like it to default to the "Bookmarks Menu" folder. How do I make it do that? Note: The same name subject that I submitted in 2022 has been archived, and the solution that worked so well in 2022 no longer works. Help!!

I have updated from Firefox 102 to 115. now all bookmarks and saved passwords are gone. Unfortunately, restoring with MozBackup doesn't work either. Please tell me the individual steps on how to make all the silent signs visible and usable again

Bought a new PC. Did not export firefox bookmarks. Downloaded Firefox to new PC, lost all old bookmarks on Sept 5, recycled old PC at recycle center. Is there any way my Firefox account would have my old bookmarks?

I have many hundreds of Bookmarks, maybe thousands, in a lot of Folders. However, a search will NOT find a Folder with the Search name.

Is there any way to get around this omission?

Like in the title, anything that has boxes on them have a weird white box or just not the right colored and flicker when hovering over them. The corners of the boxes also become not rounded. Happens on other websites like youtube too, not just the settings. Started happening when I updated to version 116.0.1. I downgraded to version 113.0 and everything was fine. Both are on fresh install so I don't think it is related to any extensions that I downloaded. I am using a device with arm windows so the platform is ARM64/AArch64.

We are distributor of Firefox extension for dragon professional. ( We are self distrubutor of the extension.)

It’s ID is dgnria_pro.firefox@nuance.com

Now we have done some modification to the same extension, while publishing it shows error as “Duplicate add-on ID found.”

Earlier we have used same ID for the Firefox extension in the year 2018.

Currently we have opened new account with same ID “dgnria_pro.firefox@nuance.com” and faced the mentioned issue.

We are expected to publish our extension with the same extension id as we don’t want our existing customers get affected.

Is there any way with which extension id “dgnria_pro.firefox@nuance.com” can be deleted from backend , so that we can reuse it.

Keep getting this on a number of websites. Most of them I have used for years. Can't give the websites as there are too many but some are pitchsidemanager.com, hattrick.org, skysports.com and sportinglife.com . Just four of at least 14 give the Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site message. I use No Proxy and have my anti-virus turned off when I get the message. I have tried various other proxy settings but the same thing happens. The thing is that I have to keep refreshing the page until it does actually connect and that can take a good few minutes. Sometimes I have to restart the browser. Why is this happening since the last few updates?

I have tried clearing my history and cookies but makes no difference.

If I Try logging in on Google Chrome \I am easily able to login.

Up until about 3weeks ago had no problem logging in using Firefox.

I have been using Firefox for a long time and even tried logging in to that site on my wife's Laptop using Firefox and get the same error.

recently i upgraded firefox to version 117.0.1. Soon after that when i close my firefox window and later than open new session, the old tabs do not reopen. This is even when i have "Open previous windows and tabs" option checked in general section of firefox setting. attached is the screenshot for the same. pls help.

I have received the time out message when I enter an address into firefox and it just "hangs" with the little circle going round.

When I enter the same address into chrome it loads within a few seconds.

This happens every now and then

I accidentally saved a login with the user name blank and the password filled in. of course it does not appear on my saved password list. When I go the website and try to enter my user name on file with the password, Firefox rejects it.

How do I either delete the saved login or edit it to include the correct user name?

How can I log in to 2 different outlook email accounts on the same browser? It used to work, but now when I log into the 1st one, and open another tab for the 2nd and log in, it forces the 1st tab to switch to the 2nd email account instead of leaving both open.

I have the free microsoft 365 online but when I want to start a new document it gives me this error and I do not know how to fix it and make them both work.

TLDR: Firefox offers me to save the credentials that are already saved.

I have saved passwords on Firefox. In order to log into my email, I use the saved log in credentials (which means I do not need to type out the credentials). It allows me to sign in, as expected, except that it asks me to save (again) the credentials, as if I have filled in the credentials manually for the first time.

I have Firefox 117.0 on Windows 11 computer.
