Help! My bookmarks tool bar is missing & I cant recover it because your instructions for locating the menu bar don't match what your instructions display. There is NO AltGr displays a bookmark menu BUT I CANT MOVE IT TO MY TOOL BAR. There is NO selected tab, NO menu bar; NO bookmark tool displayed. I have also lost all of my downloads. This has happened in the last month; everything was fine. I am 82 years old & NOT a techie so expect better help than I have received so far during the last frustrating 2 hours of trying to follow Firefox instructions that DO NOT APPLY TO ME. Also the "add images" function @ bottom of this page won't let me send you a copy of the instructions you display to select the bookmark menu bar ... I click on the picture of the problem & nothing happens ... just dead no access to select pictures either.

I have NOT changed my internet provider; I have not changed any settings. This all happened two weeks ago. Called internet provider & they said it was Firefox issue!!! Very unhappy.

I usually have checked the option for clearing cookies and site data every time I close Firefox. However there is an exception list where I add sites I visit often and I prefer to keep its browsing data. This list of exceptions seems to be ignored. The sites I have in the list lose all their browsing data.

The only solution I have found so far is not check the option to clear browsing data.

I remember this function stopped working correctly right after I decided to wipe all browsing data manually.

latest update seems to have broken firefox 155.0.1. It opens but then becomes unresponsive. Two different PC, both win 10. How can I revert to previous?

I can not get extra info from troubleshooting page cause FF won't open so as to be used.

when i click on the bottom of the tool bar, i get all the windows open, all i want to see in the firefox symbol, but behind it, it got all the widows open, how do i turn this feature off... i just want to see the firefox icon their instead,,,

После этого в мозилле не прогружается полностью окно входа на online.sberbank.ru, не видно содержимого фреймов (сейчас попробую сделать скриншот). В Microsoft Edge работа нормальная. Удаление сертификатов, перезапуск браузера и компьютера не помогли. На других компьютерах ещё не проверял. Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, что можно сделать. Windows 10, Firefox 153.0.3 (64-разрядный).

Hi I've attempted to disabled the entire new block of 'Stories' but they continue to show up cluttering my screen. Why isn't 'disable' working? How can i get rid of everything except the search window and my single line of helpful links? Gary

My hardware is low end from 2016, Pentium 3825U, HD Graphics, and 4gigs of RAM. In the old times, the browser was fast, but this year it has slowed down so bad. I needed to switch to Thorium browser because Firefox became so heavy, using too much RAM and CPU. Please make the browser light, fast, and good for old systems again! (I want to use Firefox back)

The last response was 14 August for numerous queries. All still outstanding in my support log. Am I looking at yet another failing brand that didn't adapt and whose market share crashed ? On updating to firefox 155 in widows 10, I lost my left side bar on start up with just blank page and search engine box, with firefox application menu n top right of screen. I would like my Bookmarks menu on left sideof screen with menu drop-down folders containing site tabs contained in left side bar as previously obtained. I had automatic updates turned on for Firefox on my older Windows 10 Thinkpad. Update 154 (64 bit) has made my machine fail to connect, run very slowly on loading sites and caused mailchimp to malfunction. I have already spent hours trying to undo all the damage, but the sites are still loading very slowly. Can an update be reversed easily? Do I just need to change some settings? I have cleared cache and site data several times over, set tracking to standard and added mailchimp to ublock exceptions. What else can I try?

Hi, I believe this is some kind of bug/issue after the latest browser update (as I've quite literally never had this issue before). I like my launch page not to be cluttered with nonsense, no widgets, no activity, just my standard pinned shortcuts and the google search bar. However, after the latest update, "stories" have been on and have stayed on (despite altering all the settings that should get rid of it altogether). Even after turning it off, it appears it turns itself back on immediately. I don't want to see this junk and shouldn't have to, no one should, I even went to the trouble of blocking all topics in hopes the thing would just vanish. It did not. I hoped to report this to Mozilla more directly but couldn't find a meaningful bug report option. If anyone else has encountered this or if anyone has a true solution, I'd like to hear it, thank you.
